We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3–8 business days.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose our Express Shipping option for just £5, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
To avoid shipping issues, please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
At BrisPet, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
